When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the following information you provide voluntarily:

If you sign up to be notified when a private gallery is ready, we collect only your email address for that purpose.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any other sensitive personal data through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your photography inquiry, coordinate your session, and notify you when a private gallery is ready to view. We do not use it for advertising or sell it to any third-party marketer.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device, and browser type. This usage data is aggregated and is not linked to any inquiry you submit. How We Store It

Inquiry data and private gallery notify-list emails are stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service provided by Google LLC. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

How Long We Keep It

We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to service your inquiry and complete your session. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address below.

We Do Not

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Missouri Residents — Breach Notification

Under Missouri law (RSMo — 407.1500), you have the right to be notified if your personal information is compromised in a security breach. In the event of a breach affecting your data, Mel Bell Photo will notify you at the email address you provided within a reasonable time of discovering the breach.

Notification will include: a description of what happened, what information was involved, what steps we are taking, and a contact for questions.
